Urban Building Group was set up in October 2019 by Robert Tilli, who has experience of working in the building industry for the past 33 years. Robert’s experience includes supervising and project managing over 500 diverse projects.
Through this experience, the company has the expertise to deliver building, infrastructure and refurbishment services across the wider Perth area, including to Rockingham. We always achieve an exceptional construction quality outcome across all of our projects.

Evaluate the pricing. Every job starts with a detailed site investigation based on the plans supplied, this helps to identify any design issues which may arise.
Estimate
Estimate the land area. In-depth pricing structure is compiled by obtaining detailed materials and subcontractor estimates, based on the plans supplied.
Start
Start the project. Our experienced project manager will schedule all trades and materials suppliers in conjunction with the site Supervisor to progress your Fitout so completion can be achieved on Time.
